Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange shipment of ordered products to you using the shipping method displayed at checkout. Shipping fees charged will be based on displayed rates.
We endeavor to ship all orders within timeframe specified at checkout or otherwise communicated, however, we do not guarantee delivery by a stated date and accept no liability for any failure to do so.
You bear responsibility for providing correct address and arranging receipt of deliveries. Re-shipments made due to entry of inaccurate information will incur new shipping fees. We are not liable for undelivered shipments.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our transfer to the carrier. You must notify us promptly of non-delivery or damage during transit before accepting orders. We will work with carriers to resolve shipping issues, but do not guarantee resolution.
Returns & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less original shipping fees. We do not refund shipping costs for returns unless due to our error.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. We will provide instructions and arrange pickup from carrier. Refunds are processed upon our inspection of the returned product.
Reimbursement will be made using original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of returned products for refund processing. Restocking fees up to 15% may apply for large orders.
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Bespoke fragrance products or custom formulations may not be returned or exchanged.
Account Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate user accounts and block access to the site for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions. We are not liable to you or any third-party for any claims or damages arising from termination of access.
Deletion of account does not relieve users of responsibility for any prior use or purchases made while an account member. All applicable Terms survive termination. Users may not reinstate closed accounts without our authorization.
